The crash race gets pretty crazy..too many riders who aren’t used to riding with a large pack. I know a few people that crashed out. The upcoming crit should be fine though. Of course there are risks of getting hurt, like any other race, but overall it should be safe.

I cook a lot at home and rarely go out to eat. I eat everything…I made minestrone soup last night and I am making falafels tomorrow. As a vegan you can basically recreate any dish that you used to eat as a meat eater. Before all this riding, I used to have a vegan recipe blog but now that I’ve been riding so much and still have to find time to work, I don’t really have time to upload recipes.
