probably 3 months but i was putting in at least 200 miles a week. before that i was riding 46x16 but only doing maybe 40 miles a week.
i started off with an unbranded fsa chainring and cog, that came with my bike.
Anonymous asked: What do you personally do if/when your injured? Been cycling for like a good 2 months and suddenly I have this sartorius gracilis pain acting up so I'm off for like a week which just puts a wet blanket over training. Any tips to keep my fitness up? Thanks jaxmeowmeow =)
you could try working on your core while your legs recover. some planking or sit ups seem like it wouldnt effect your injured area
